We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager / Lead M&E Commissioning Engineer to oversee the testing and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems for major engineering projects. This role is ideal for individuals with a solid understanding of M&E systems who are ready to take the lead in ensuring operational readiness and compliance across complex infrastructure environments.
Take charge of the end-to-end commissioning process for both electrical and mechanical systems at project sites.
Supervise a team of engineers and technicians in the execution of functional tests, troubleshooting, and performance verification.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including project teams, vendors, and consultants to align on project milestones and commissioning plans.
Ensure all systems are tested according to relevant standards, safety procedures, and client specifications.
Provide technical guidance during energization, equipment startup, and system integration phases.
Review technical drawings and specifications to validate system performance and resolve issues during implementation.
Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Services Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commissioning or project engineering for M&E systems.
Solid knowledge of system testing procedures, technical drawings, and on-site coordination.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Comfortable with site-based work and managing multiple systems in a dynamic environment.
