Job summary

Huawei is seeking a Senior Audio Algorithm Expert to lead the design of low-power, low-latency audio algorithms for edge devices such as TWS earphones, laptops and IoT. You will drive architecture, optimization and deployment on constrained hardware.

You should have PhD or exceptional Master’s in a related field, strong signal processing expertise, experience with embedded RTOS/Linux, and proficiency in C/C++ and Python. Global collaboration and innovation are encouraged.

Qualifications

PhD (or exceptional Master’s) in CS, EE, Acoustics, or related field.
Extensive edge/embedded audio algorithm development experience with production-ready systems.
Strong expertise in Fourier analysis, adaptive filtering, psychoacoustic modeling.
Solid experience with RTOS/embedded Linux and DSP architectures.
Proficiency in C/C++ and Python; familiarity with DL frameworks for edge deployment.
Demonstrated mass-production experience in consumer audio products such as ANC for wearables.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture design of low-power, low-latency audio algorithms for embedded/edge devices.
Own one or more domains: speech enhancement, wearable audio systems, intelligent voice interaction, or micro-acoustic modeling.
Deploy and optimize on DSP/ARM Cortex-M with real-time constraints; optimize power, latency, memory.
Collaborate across hardware, firmware, and software teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
