• Lead the development and execution of Traffic and Yard management across SPX facilities
• Responsible for the performance of Middle Mile in term of Speed, Capacity, and Cost
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure efficient and safe operations
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth integration of processes and execution
• Recruit, train, and manage staff, including control tower, ground teams, and traffic/yard controller
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including those related to health, safety, and transportation
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions

Job description
