smitech engineering pte ltd is seeking a hands-on Construction Manager to lead site execution, subcontractor coordination, and technical delivery for Mandai infrastructure and depot development works. Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of core construction and site management experience, ideally within LTA, transport infrastructure, or large-scale industrial building projects in Singapore.
Strong mastery of local construction laws, building codes, and LTA standards.
Proven track record in managing site coordination teams and sub-contractors independently.
Excellent crisis-management, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

Lead site execution, subcontractor coordination, and technical delivery for depot/infrastructure projects.
Monitor master schedules, look-ahead schedules, and milestones to prevent delays.
Uphold strict compliance with WSH, LTA safety standards, and zero-accident culture on site.
Coordinate with client representatives, consultants, and safety auditors during inspections and meetings.
