Profile Description

The Lead GTM Strategy role involves developing monetization strategies for Glance Media offerings as a Brands Solution Specialist. You will understand client goals, challenges, and opportunities, aligning solutions with Glance offerings to help advertisers achieve their marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with GTM, creative, and client solutions teams to support diverse clients in identifying mobile marketing challenges and opportunities.
  2. Design effective solutions using Glance Lock Screen Media (Display, Video, Interactive Units) along with Gaming & Content solutions, tailored to client needs.
  3. Articulate Glance Media & Content offerings through training workshops for brands & agencies.
  4. Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Client Services teams to ensure client success, leveraging internal resources and feedback.
  5. Create high-impact presentations based on research and storytelling.
  6. Develop programs to enable Sales Managers, based on insights and product solutions, to help win business.
Candidate Profile

We seek a creative, energetic self-starter with a proven track record in content marketing, brand marketing, media planning, and strategy in dynamic environments. Must be able to simplify complex concepts, quickly grasp business ideas, and work effectively across teams and geographies within strict timelines. Strong communication skills are essential.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience: 4+ years in business solutioning, consulting, digital advertising, media planning, or pre-sales.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • Location: Bangalore.
