Bitdeer, a world-leading technology company for Bitcoin mining and AI cloud, seeks an experienced SRE to own the reliability of our GPU cloud service. You will run production Kubernetes clusters at scale (100–10,000 GPUs) and implement multi-tenant isolation for customer workloads.

Your remit includes BMaaS provisioning, SLIs/SLOs/SLAs, incident response, and a strong automation focus using Terraform, Helm, and GitOps.

Qualifications

5+ years in SRE / cloud operations.
2+ years operating GPU workloads at scale.
Deep understanding of Kubernetes operations and GPU workload management.
Experience with bare-metal provisioning and lifecycle automation.
Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, and GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux).
Strong programming skills in Go or Python for automation.

Responsabilités

End-to-end reliability of the customer-facing GPU cloud service.
Production Kubernetes clusters optimized for GPU workloads at scale.
Manage Nvidia GPU operator, device plugin, MIG configuration, and multi-tenant policies.
Topology-aware scheduling and tenant lifecycle management.
BMaaS provisioning, quota management, and offboarding.
Define and meet SLIs/SLOs/SLAs; incident management and runbook automation.
Monitoring stack with Prometheus, Grafana; alerting at scale.
Infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, Helm, and GitOps workflows.
