Job description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Tele-Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist in Singapore. This role plays a vital role in driving new business development and strengthening our lead management efforts.

You will be responsible for outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and data enrichment to support sales conversion and improve marketing effectiveness.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify, qualify, and nurture new B2B leads by introducing them to our solutions and gathering their business needs.

Actively generate business leads to expand the customer base and support sales growth.

Transfer qualified leads to the sales team and collaborate closely to manage the pipeline, ensuring smooth handovers and conversions.

Research, validate, and enrich lead data including company size, contact information, industry, and decision-maker roles.

Maintain accurate, up-to-date contact data in CRM system while regularly monitoring and cleaning inactive, invalid, or duplicate entries.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in outbound telesales, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role (preferably in B2B).

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable with high-volume outbound calls and handling rejections professionally.

Basic understanding of lead management concepts such as lead scoring, nurturing, and sales funnel stages is a plus.

Detail-oriented and well-organized, with strong data management skills.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and within a team.

Fluent in English.

Plus:

- Knowledge of networking, Telco and IT technologies.

- Sales or business development experience is a plus

- Speaking of another European language.
