Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive new business opportunities for CloudHire. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, skilled in outbound calling, and committed to exceeding targets. This hybrid role in Hyderabad requires a proactive approach to identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients.

Seeking Freshers
Key Responsibilities:
  • Outbound Sales: Make at least 80 calls per day to prospective clients. Achieve a minimum of 8 calls booked for senior salespersons daily. Follow up on leads generated from various channels and nurture them through the sales funnel.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and present CloudHire's value proposition. Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Performance & Reporting: Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets. Keep accurate records of calls, lead interactions, and sales progress in the CRM. Provide regular reports on pipeline status, market feedback, and competitive intelligence.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, customer success) to ensure a cohesive sales strategy. Share insights and best practices for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in a sales development or outbound sales role, preferably in tech or SaaS industries.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working with KPIs.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Base Salary: ₹25,000 per month
  • Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities.
  • 6 months on-track KPI progression to US SaaS sales with a minimum of 30 LPA OTE.
Work Environment:

Hybrid work model based in Hyderabad, offering flexibility with a mix of in-office and remote work. The schedule includes 6 days a week with a half-day on Saturdays. We foster a collaborative, high-energy environment where innovation and initiative are celebrated.
