Job description

    As a Lead Generation Specialist at Radiss, you will play a crucial role in generating qualified sales leads for our Sales Managers. Your responsibilities will include pipeline generation by conducting research and cold calling in a targeted market. You will use both telephone and email to reach out to potential and existing customers, providing them with technical information and collateral material about our services.Additionally, you will be responsible for account research, understanding organizational structures, identifying decision makers, and qualifying potential customers through preliminary needs analysis. You will work closely with our Technology Services teams to understand our service offerings, features, and deliverables, ensuring a smooth transition of quality leads to the Sales team.To qualify for this role, you should have an MBA degree in international Marketing or equivalent, along with at least 1 year of experience in sales lead generation, preferably in selling IT Infrastructure Services or high-end technology solutions. You should have experience in prospecting and securing new accounts, as well as the ability to navigate large enterprises to find key contacts and motivate decision makers to explore Radiss solutions.Moreover, you should have a good understanding of both business and technical concepts, the ability to handle objections and gatekeepers, and a strong desire to learn new technologies and effectively communicate their value propositions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with being a self-starter, high-energy, results-oriented individual who can work independently while also being a team player.This role may require you to work in either the India or US time zone, or an overlap between the two.
