Job description

    As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will collaborate closely with the business team to drive the generation of new leads for the organization. Your primary goal will be to optimize every interaction, adhering to the core values and ethics of the company. Your role will involve closing sales, meeting targets, and converting outbound dialing leads into qualified appointments. By ensuring the best possible experience for clients, you play a crucial part in the growth of the business.Your responsibilities will include communicating with clients through outbound calls and emails, focusing on potential B2B clients, and diligently following up on leads. Working in tandem with the business team, you will be responsible for generating leads across various business sectors and maintaining a comprehensive database of current and potential customers. Meeting personal and departmental targets derived from provided calling data, proactive identification of new business opportunities, and maintaining professionalism in all client interactions are key aspects of your role.Additionally, you will be tasked with researching and qualifying new leads, staying updated on product and service information, and potentially upselling products and services. Your ability to collaborate with other departments when necessary is also expected.The ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT SaaS or BFSI, with a focus on growth organizations. Strong organization skills, a willingness to learn new skills for personal and organizational advancement, and a positive approach to objection handling are essential traits. Fluency in Korean OR Japanese is a mandatory requirement, as the target region for this role is APAC.This position has the potential to evolve into a Senior Lead Generation Executive or Assistant Manager role based on your demonstrated caliber and value addition to the business and its stakeholders.,
