Qualifications

• Java hands-on development with modern LTS releases (Java 21).
• Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs with Spring Framework.
• React front-end with TypeScript.
• State management with Redux or similar.
• Relational DBs using SQL; Hibernate/SpringData JPA.
• Container platforms OpenShift/Kubernetes hands-on experience.
• CI/CD tooling: Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins.
• Technical leadership guiding delivery in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of full-stack applications from discovery to production.
• Build and review Java 21 Spring Boot microservices and REST APIs.
• Build and review React/TypeScript UIs with scalable components.
• Define API contracts and data flows between front-end and back-end.
• Establish coding standards, branching strategies and code-quality controls.
• Drive automated testing across unit/integration/e2e levels.
• Collaborate with DevOps/SRE to deliver via CI/CD to OpenShift.
• Mentor engineers through design and code reviews.
