Job summary

Talanto in Singapore is seeking a Lead Full Stack Developer (Java, React) to design and ship production-ready services on Java 21, Spring Boot and React. You will guide engineering standards across the team, owning delivery from design through release.

Responsibilities include leading end-to-end design, building Java/Spring Boot microservices, React UIs with TypeScript, API contracts, and driving CI/CD with OpenShift. Mentoring and architecture guidance are core to this role.

Qualifications

• Java hands-on development with LTS releases (Java 21)
• Spring Boot microservices & REST APIs
• React with TypeScript and Redux
• Relational databases (SQL) and Hibernate/Spring Data JPA
• Container platforms OpenShift/Kubernetes
• CI/CD tooling (Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins)
• Technical leadership: mentoring & Agile delivery

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and delivery of full stack apps from discovery through production support
• Build and review Java 21 and Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs and integration patterns
• Build and review React and TypeScript UIs with scalable component architecture
• Define API contracts and data flows between Front-end and Back-end
• Establish coding standards, branching strategies and code-quality controls
• Drive automated testing across unit, integration and end-to-end layers
• Partner with DevOps and SRE teams to deliver via CI/CD to OpenShift
• Mentor engineers through design reviews and day-to-day technical guidance
