Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Front-end focused)

We are working with a blockspace infrastructure company, and as part of their continued growth, NodeFlair has been engaged to search for a Lead Full-Stack Engineer (Front-End Focused) to join their Singapore team.

The package is competitive: $160k+ USD + equity/year.

Hybrid work arrangement. Meet regularly for offsites in places like Barcelona, London, and San Francisco.

Role Responsibilities:

• Full-stack development with more focus on front-end in the coming months.
• Exposure to smart contracts (working with developers or APIs).
• Bonus if you have worked directly on smart contracts.

Core Skills:

• Experience with customer-facing applications.
• Familiarity with AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, Node.js, Solidity, GraphQL, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• Strong focus on software quality: security, performance, architecture, and testing.
• Excellent technical communication and cross-functional collaboration.
