Collaborate with department heads and business leaders to gather inputs and assumptions for budgeting and forecasting processes. Monitor and analyze budget performance, identifying areas of variance and providing recommendations for corrective actions.Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making, including trend analysis, cost-benefit analysis, scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis. Provide insights into business performance by analysing key performance indicators (KPIs), financial ratios, and other relevant metrics.Forecasting and Reporting: Develop accurate and timely financial forecasts, including rolling forecasts, to help the organization adapt to changing market conditions and business dynamics. Prepare comprehensive financial reports, presentations, and dashboards for senior leadership, the board of directors, and external stakeholders. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data, maintaining strong internal controls and compliance with accounting standards. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making at various levels of the organization.Process improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance financial planning and analysis processes, systems, and tools to improve efficiency and accuracy.
