Job summary

Singapore Army is seeking a Lead Engineer for Supply Chain Resilience to serve as the technical lead in transforming how we manage, move, and sustain munitions to ensure an unbreakable ordnance supply chain for the SAF.

You will build data-driven decision-making ecosystems, integrate automation across production lines, and deploy resilience simulations to stress-test the network and mitigate global supply disruptions.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Exposure to supply chain domains, modelling/simulation, or AI/robotics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional technical teams.

• We are seeking a Lead Engineer for Supply Chain Resilience to ensure our ordnance ecosystem remains resilient and intelligent. In an era of global supply volatility, you will be the technical lead in transforming how we manage, move, and sustain munitions to ensure seamless and unbreakable ordnance supply chain for the SAF.

What You'll Be Building

• Data-Driven Decision-Making Intelligence: Rather than just applying models, you will help to develop the end-to-end real-time supply chain intelligence ecosystem. You will lead the integration of predictive modelling and advanced analytics to automate optimized decision-making.
• Automation Technology Integration: You will lead the practical adoption and integration of robotics and automation across ordnance production lines. This involves developing the standards and configurations for how these technologies meet surge demands and operational speeds.
• Resilience Engineering: You will oversee the deployment of simulation software to stress-test the entire supply network and identify systemic vulnerabilities in order to develop risk mitigation strategies that hedge against global supply disruptions.
