Responsibilities

As an Air Force Engineer (Supply Chain), you will be trained to acquire world‑class supply chain expertise under the Military Domain Experts Scheme (MDES). You will be working with state‑of‑the‑art technology to find innovative solutions for complex challenges, streamline protocols and processes, and formulate strategies that will take our Air Force to the next level. Learn to innovate and sustain our combat capabilities through an agile and resilient supply chain.

You will take on a diverse range of roles, including:

1. Project Implementation
   Support projects related to the introduction of new aircraft and equipment into service.
2. Supply Chain Resilience
   Develop supply chain strategies and plans using data analytics and modelling/simulation tools to mitigate disruptions risks.
3. Supply Chain Management
   Oversee and manage supply chain activities to ensure operational readiness and meet both peacetime and wartime requirements.
4. Supply Chain Improvement
   Review and enhance procurement, asset stewardship, and operational supply processes to improve supply chain efficiency.
5. Quality Assurance and Contract Management
   Implement and manage quality assurance, audit, and contract execution to maintain high standards of processes.
6. Technological Awareness and Integration
   Stay updated with the latest technological developments and integrate relevant advancements into RSAF operations and strategies.

In addition, you will gain exposure to different aspects of operations and wide range of responsibilities for holistic development. These include leadership development, staff writing, and presentation skills, providing a comprehensive growth experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant Degree such as Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Science. (For Senior AFE(SC))
• Relevant Diploma/NITEC/Higher NITEC
