Lead Engineer - Process & Proposal

Reporting to: Design & Engineering Head

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Qualification: BE in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering

Remuneration: Commensurate with capabilities and industry standards

Domain: EPC / Supply orders for Energy Saving Systems, Hot water systems, Waste Heat recovery systems, Hot air generators systems, Steam generation systems, Thermal oil systems, Waste Heat Based Power Plant, etc.

Role & Responsibilities

• Thermal & Mechanical Design, Process Design.
• Preparing BOM and Cost estimates, Technical proposals for Heat Exchangers, WHRBs.
• Providing engineering assistance to marketing & sales teams and detailed engineering teams.
• Ensuring on-time performance of outputs to internal and external customers.
• Participating in meetings with internal and external stakeholders as necessary.

Experience, Knowledge & Skills

• Experience in design and proposal engineering of Waste Heat Recovery Boilers/Systems, Heat Exchangers, and Pressure Vessels as per ASME, IBR, and TEMA standards.
• Experience in Thermal and Mechanical design using software like HTRI, PV-Elite.
• Innovative approach to adopting latest technologies and continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Proficiency with PC / Laptop for work management.
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation.
• Strong team player.
