RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Assistant Engineering Manager to lead engineering projects and support the Engineering Manager in guiding the engineering team.

This hands-on leadership role covers engineering design, project execution, pre-sales and team development in Power Systems, BESS and Renewable Energy. You will design DC power systems, rectifiers, UPS, BESS, solar and hybrid solutions, and prepare technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Manager in leading the engineering team and project execution.
• Design and engineer Telecom DC Power Systems, Rectifiers, UPS, BESS, Solar and Hybrid Solar Solutions.
• Prepare SLDs, wiring diagrams, cabinet layouts, GA drawings, BOQ and technical documentation.
• Design equipment cabinets and power distribution systems according to customer requirements and standards.
• Prepare cost estimates, project budgets and technical proposals.
• Provide technical pre-sales support including solution sizing, product selection, tenders and customer presentations.
