We are seeking Lead Engineers responsible for the design and implementation of Communication Systems for military and/or commercial applications. You must be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will collaborate with experienced team members to deliver cutting-edge technology solutions to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Engineering Design
2. Defining Test Plans & Procedures
3. Sourcing and Procurement of System Hardware
4. Defining, Planning, and Setting up System Integration Test Lab
5. Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests
6. Installation, Checkout, Integration, and Testing (ICIT) at customer sites
7. Troubleshooting and Resolving System Faults
8. Performing On-Site Acceptance Tests
9. Assisting project managers and coordinating with stakeholders including suppliers, customers, and internal teams for project implementation

Qualities We Value

• Minimum 7 to 8 years of industry experience
• Experience and knowledge in Infocomm Technology, RedHat Linux, Virtual Environments, and Network Security (preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Visio
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong time-management skills
• Good learning capability
