Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to oversee maintenance and upgrading works for commuter facilities. The ideal candidate will have a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience. Strong administrative skills and familiarity with LTA projects will be an advantage.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience with a degree, 5 with a diploma, or 10 with ITE certification.
• Class 3 driving license and own vehicle required.
• Experience with LTA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage maintenance and upgrading works for commuter facilities.
• Coordinate with LTA, government agencies, and subcontractors.
• Ensure timely completion of PM and CM works.

1 Report to Project Manager

3 Co-Ordination with LTA, SPPG, government agencies and subcontractors

4 Prepare and carry out JMSwith Authories on site

5 Ensure PM, CM & Upgrading works complete on time

Requirement :

1 Degree in Electrical Engineering with min. 3 years of experience or

Diploma in Electrical Engineering with min 5 years of experience or

ITE certification in Electrical Engineering with min 10 years of experience

2 Must posses class 3 driving license and own vehicle

3 Good admin and presentation skills

4 Working experience with LTA will be added advantage
