BCS is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary, and is an entity within the NETS Group. It manages and operates clearing and payment infrastructure for the Singapore Automated Clearing House, including Fast And Secure Transfers (FAST), Inter-bank GIRO (IBG), Cheque Truncation System (CTS), and provides services for PayNow and SGQR Central Repository.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage renewal of organisation’s portfolio of cybersecurity solutions
2. Support staff at security division for various forums/meetings
3. Participate in and support cybersecurity assurance activities such as VAPT, Red Teaming, Table-top Exercises
4. Manage, operate, administer, and optimise the organisation’s portfolio of cybersecurity solutions, e.g., IDS/IPS, email defenses, EPP, DLP, Vulnerability Management, PAM solutions, IAM/IGA, DAM, proxy, NGFW
5. Responsible for day-to-day cybersecurity operational activities pertaining to security solution assigned
6. Responsible for end-to-end security solution design and project implementation
7. Responsible for identifying security controls based on security-by-design methodology to ensure solutions adopt their required security posture
8. Implement, operationalise, and optimise new cybersecurity solutions as required
9. Own and ensure the security solutions documents are up to date
10. Assist with security incident response activities including containment and recovery when required
11. Stay current on the latest cybersecurity industry trends, technologies, techniques, and conduct cybersecurity awareness training within the company

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or related fields
• At least 5 years of experience administering cybersecurity solutions and supporting cybersecurity operations in an On-Prem or AWS cloud environment

Skills and Knowledge

• Familiarity with MAS Cyber Hygiene, Technology Risk Management Notices, MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, Cybersecurity Act, and Cybersecurity Code of Practice (CCoP).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in firewall rules and end point detection
• Deep understanding of various Operating Systems, e.g., Linux, Unix, and Windows.
• Experience in IT Infrastructure and project management is an advantage
• Experience with programming/scripting such as Python, PowerShell is a plus

Preferred Certifications:

• Cybersecurity tools certification – CyberArk, Cisco Duo, Trend Micro, DDAN, Vision One, Cloud One, DSM, Tipping Point, Apex One, RSA 2FA, Beyond Trust, Trellix NX, Imperva, Tenable, Nessus.
