Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Primary Maths Teacher for our Novena centre. You will deliver the curriculum with fidelity, conducting about three lessons per day and ensuring engaging, well-paced classes.

You will record quiz results using our analytics platform, monitor learning performance, and provide parents with timely progress updates. You will also contribute to curriculum development and handle occasional admin tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree graduate.
• At least 2 years of teaching/tutoring experience (preferred).
• Ability to deliver lessons with fidelity and adapt to student needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the centre’s curriculum with fidelity (approximately 3 lessons per day, 2 hours per class, 30 minute break between each lesson).
• Record students’ quiz results and utilise our proprietary data-analytics platform to monitor and analyse class and students' learning performance.
• Provide parents with updates on performance and progress.
• Provide support and ideas towards the improvement, planning, and development of our curriculum.
• Perform necessary administrative tasks, provide coverage for peers, attend team meetings as scheduled.
