Lead Electronics Engineer [EMC Design, Digital & Analogue Circuits, PCB Layout]

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design and development of industrial sensors, collaborating closely with Electronic Engineers on circuit design, PCB layout, and prototyping, ensuring thorough documentation is maintained.

• Design and architect electronic systems, considering the overall product and system design perspective.

• Define and implement the electronic technology strategy in alignment with company objectives and the latest technological advancements.

• Oversee system and product verification, including validation and testing to ensure quality and performance standards are met.

• Facilitate daily technical discussions with Electronic Engineers, offering guidance, support, and expertise.

• Work with cross-functional teams to manage the product lifecycle, addressing customer issues, component obsolescence, failure analysis, and other related concerns.

• Coordinate with headquarters for technical support and the transfer of technology.

• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., UL, CE) with the assistance of the approval department.

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree or higher in Electronic/Optoelectronic Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in electronic design and development.

• In-depth knowledge of both digital and analog circuits, with hands-on experience in PCB layout and a system-level approach. Strong expertise in EMC design, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance and reliability through rigorous testing.

• Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Proven ability to mentor, motivate, and lead the Electronic Engineering team towards achieving high performance and fostering innovation.

• Experience in team leadership is preferred.

• Passion for developing and nurturing talent within the team.

• Experience in photonic design is a plus.

• Creative, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills, contributing to both personal growth and the development of the team.
