Job summary

CREW by HRNET is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer in Singapore to architect MV/LV distribution for hyperscale sites, ensure high reliability, and guide grid integration and renewable opportunities. You will lead design, protection coordination, and lifecycle governance across regional projects.

The role requires 10+ years in MV/LV systems for hyperscale data centers, strong ETAP expertise, and licensing or PE preference, with a focus on reliability and cross-border infrastructure development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Licensed Electrical Engineer / PE preferred).
• 10+ years of deep technical expertise in MV/LV system design, protection coordination, and power distribution within hyperscale or colocation data centers.
• Advanced proficiency with ETAP (or equivalent power system analysis software).

Responsibilities

• Architect MV/LV distribution networks powering critical IT infrastructure and cooling systems.
• Enforce SLOs for power availability through pre-commissioning tests and RCA for incidents.
• Support regional site selection by evaluating grid capacity, utility rights, and renewable integration opportunities.
