Job Title: Lead - Digital Revenue (Data Analyst)

What you will do:

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze data throughout the client funnel to identify trends and patterns that can optimize campaigns and improve customer acquisition.
• Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure a smooth and consistent flow of data for analysis.
• Write and execute complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data for further analysis.
• Generate insightful reports and data visualizations, such as dashboards, to effectively communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Stay informed about data analysis best practices and emerging technologies.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with a passion for data and uncovering hidden insights.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in languages like SQL, Python, and tools like GA, Clevertap, UXCam.
• Expertise in statistical analysis with the ability to design, implement, and analyze A/B tests.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling, transforming data into actionable insights.
• Experience with large-scale data systems and cloud-based tools (e.g., AWS, BigQuery).
• Familiarity with data engineering concepts and working with unstructured data.
• Proven experience working with digital, customer-focused products.
• Experience with financial/predictive modeling and machine learning algorithms is a plus.
