Job summary

GMP Recruitment Services (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced DevOps Engineer to lead CI/CD automation across applications. You will design, implement and maintain deployment frameworks while promoting a strong DevOps culture across development, operations and security teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with UNIX and Windows environments, automation tools, and a track record of mentoring teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role.
Experience with Deployment Automation & Orchestration.
Experience leading, coaching and mentoring individuals and teams.
Experience in continuous integration and deployment tools: Jenkins, TFS, Git, Ansible, Selenium, Docker.
On-call and shift rotations may be required.

Responsibilities

Lead CI/CD automation initiatives to streamline application deployment and improve operational efficiency.
Promote DevOps culture by fostering collaboration between development, operations, and security teams.
Design, maintain, and enhance CI/CD workflows, deployment frameworks, and automation tools.
Identify and implement solutions that reduce repetitive tasks, operational costs, and improve customer experience.
Facilitate DevOps discussions, workshops, and training sessions to drive best practices across teams.
Contribute to the organization's DevOps community through continuous service improvement and knowledge sharing.
Manage and maintain the team's knowledge base, ensuring documentation is up to date while collaborating with development and support teams to capture and share expertise.
