Job summary

Talent-Merge Pte Ltd invites a senior UX/UI designer with 6–7 years of experience to join our product-design team in Singapore. You will transform insights into concepts, wireframes, and interactive prototypes, and collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver cohesive digital experiences.

You will establish scalable design systems for multiple platforms, mentor junior designers, and ensure design consistency across devices while working in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in design-related field required.
• 6–7 years of professional UX/UI or digital design experience.
• Strong UX processes, personas, and user journeys experience.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Job Description

• Transform customer and market insights into design concepts, personas, journey maps, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
  
• Apply user research findings and usability feedback to refine digital product experiences and improve design outcomes.
  
• Coordinate with product, engineering, business development, operations, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
  
• Present product vision, design rationale, and key trade-offs clearly through both verbal communication and visual storytelling.
  
• Work alongside engineering teams to support accurate implementation of designs and resolve design-related questions during development.
  
• Explore emerging technologies, industry trends, and leading design practices to identify opportunities for product innovation.
  
• Engage with industry partners and stakeholders to gather insights and shape product requirements.
  
• Adapt product experiences for different markets, platforms, and partner needs while maintaining design consistency.
  
• Create high-quality interaction and visual UI designs across digital products and experiences.
  
• Establish and evolve scalable design systems for new devices and platforms, while providing creative direction for selected marketing materials and guiding junior designers or freelancers.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Media, or a related field.
  
• Minimum 6–7 years of professional experience in UX/UI, Product Design, or Digital Design.
  
• Strong expertise in UR/UX processes, personas, user journeys, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, interaction design, and development-ready design assets, with experience working in Agile environments.
  
• Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Zeplin, InVision, and Whimsical, along with a basic understanding of front-end development.
  
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and people leadership skills, with proven experience collaborating closely with developers and multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced or start-up environment.
