Job description

You will be responsible for leading a team of 4-8 data scientists to deliver machine learning capabilities within a Databricks-Azure platform. Your role will involve guiding the delivery of complex ML systems that are in alignment with product and platform goals. You will need to strike a balance between scientific rigor and practical engineering and define the model lifecycle, tooling, and architectural direction.To excel in this role, you should possess advanced skills in machine learning, including supervised/unsupervised modeling, time-series analysis, interpretability, MLflow, Spark, and TensorFlow/PyTorch. Additionally, expertise in engineering aspects such as feature pipelines, model serving, CI/CD, and production deployment is required. Strong leadership abilities are crucial for providing mentorship, ensuring architectural alignment across subsystems, and defining an experimentation strategy.
