Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Lead/Senior Data Management Engineer to manage project data across the lifecycle of EPCI projects, ensuring the integrity, structure, and availability of engineering information from design through commissioning and handover to operations.

You will develop data structures, implement governance, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and client representatives, and drive data quality and consistency across engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Process, or equivalent).
• 7–10+ years in oil & gas or offshore EPC/EPCI.
• Experience with engineering data management and project databases for EPCI.
• Experience with FPSO, offshore platforms, or large EPC/EPCI projects preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Power BI or similar analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engineering data structures and master data for FPSO EPCI projects.
• Ensure consistency and quality of data across phases (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).
• Implement data governance procedures and data validation across repositories.
• Coordinate with internal and external engineering disciplines, information management teams, commissioning teams, and client representatives.
• Lead data coordination meetings and workshops to resolve data gaps and inconsistencies.
