The team

Hitachi Digital is a leader in digital transformation, leveraging advanced AI and data technologies. We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Data Integration Architect to join our team and contribute to developing robust data integration solutions.

The role

1. Lead the design, development, and implementation of data integration solutions using SnapLogic, MuleSoft, or Pentaho.
2. Develop and optimize data workflows and pipelines.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data solution integration.
4. Implement VectorAI and Agent Workspace for Google Gemini into data solutions.
5. Stay updated on latest data integration technologies.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex data system issues.
7. Document processes, methodologies, and best practices.
8. Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews.
9. Provide strategic leadership in data integration and technology adoption.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years in data integration, preferably in Banking or Finance.
• Extensive experience with SnapLogic, MuleSoft, or Pentaho.
• Experience with Talend and Alation is a plus.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or SQL.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms, especially GCP.
• Experience with VectorAI and Google Gemini's Agent Workspace.
• Knowledge of financial products, regulatory reporting, credit risk, and counterparty risk.
• Leadership experience in guiding projects from conception to deployment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with data engineering tools and techniques.
• Previous experience in a tech-driven company in a similar role.
