You will lead the design and development of robust data pipelines across Teradata, Hadoop/Cloudera, and cloud ecosystems while mentoring engineers and driving technical excellence. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or related field.
10+ years of data-engineering experience with leadership in Teradata and Hadoop/big-data delivery.
Certifications: Teradata, Cloudera, Databricks, Cloud Data Engineering or Terraform (preferred).
Core tech: Teradata, Hadoop/Cloudera, Spark, Hive, Impala, HBase, SQL, Python, Scala/Java, Kafka, Airflow, Denodo.

Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable batch, streaming, and API-based data pipelines.
Optimize SQL queries and Spark workloads for large-volume banking data.
Implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and CI/CD pipelines.
Lead reviews, enforce standards, mentor engineers, and collaborate with architects, product teams, and DevOps.
