Job summary

People's Association in Singapore is seeking a Manager to lead course development and engagement, collaborating with trainers, partners and community groups to grow and sustain our course portfolio. You will drive course curation, partner engagement, and policy compliance while expanding reach to diverse residents.

You will curate new courses and repackage existing ones for the CCs/RCs/RNs/NCs, support national initiatives, and foster active collaboration with industry partners and advisory

Qualifications

• Experience in program management or course development is preferred.
• Experience coordinating with diverse partners is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage course portfolio by engaging trainers & partners and studying industry trends.
• Promote and grow courses by curating new ones and repackaging existing courses for CCs/RCs/RNs/NCs.
• Build relationships with trainers/operators and ensure policy compliance through monitoring and audits.
• Collaborate with community and corporate organisations to expand outreach and participate in transformation projects.
