Mediacorp Pte Ltd recherche un leader pour diriger l'innovation et l'implémentation de nouvelles technologies dans la production médiatique. Innovation Strategy & Implementation
Lead the preparation and submission of proposals that incorporate new technologies, such as Virtual Production and Artificial Intelligence, ensuring thorough documentation and adherence to project timelines and deliverables
Serve as the primary liaison with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and fulfilment of objectives
Advise production teams on project eligibility, feasibility, and suitability
Identify and evaluate partners and vendors to support project goals, overseeing tender processes and contract negotiations
Collaborate with Legal and Procurement to ensure contracts and sourcing processes meet internal and regulatory standards
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align project scope, milestones, and delivery timelines
Act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners to ensure both creative and technical deliverables are met
Technology Scouting & Workflow Enhancement
Lead initiatives to explore, pilot, and roll out next-generation tools to enhance production workflows and elevate storytelling
Serve as the key liaison between production, IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of innovation projects
Maintain a global perspective on emerging technologies, tracking trends and offering strategic recommendations
Capability Building & Industry Engagement
Oversee the design and implementation of training programs in production technologies, working with industry and academic partners to support capability development
Represent Mediacorp at conferences, forums, and educational institutions to advocate for innovation in media production
Contribute to academic advisory boards to help shape curricula that reflect evolving industry needs
Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Media, Film, Technology, or related disciplines
Minimum 8 to 10 years of experience in media production, project development, or content innovation
Strong knowledge of emerging technologies such as Virtual Production and familiarity with AI tools for content creation and production
Experience working with regulatory bodies on strategic support initiatives and compliance matters is an advantage
Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and coordinate large-scale projects
Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese
