Job description

We are looking for a Lead Content Creator to drive our content strategy and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong mix of creativity, leadership, and strategic thinking to align content with business goals while ensuring audience engagement and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy for digital and social media platforms.
  • Oversee content creation, curation, and optimization, including graphics, videos, and written content.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand identity, voice, and audience preferences.
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously refine content strategies for maximum engagement.

Leadership & Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor a team of content creators, designers, and videographers.
  • Provide clear direction, constructive feedback, and guidance to enhance content quality and team performance.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment to drive creativity and innovation.

Project & Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end content projects, from ideation to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Manage content production budgets and allocate resources efficiently.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Analyze key content performance indicators (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
  • Experiment with new content formats and platforms to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Continuously optimize content strategies based on insights and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media platforms.
  • Ability to balance creativity with strategic objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and refine content strategies.
