Job Description

  • Maintain and enhance the centralized WiFi management platform

  • Ensure platform scalability, resilience, and security for multi-customer environments.

  • Automate provisioning and configuration workflows where possible.

  • Implement enterprise-grade WiFi security and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards

  • Monitor system health and proactively address performance degradation including support root cause analysis and continuous service improvement.

  • Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex wireless issues.

  • Collaborate with delivery and operations teams to support onboarding, cutover, and lifecycle management.

  • Provide and update technical documentation, post-deployment reports, and platform insights to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Stay updated with emerging WiFi standards (Wi-Fi 6/6E/7) and industry trends to evaluate and propose new tools, frameworks, and best practices to enhance the Managed WiFi offering.
