Job summary

Jobline Resources Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Network Architect to lead design, architecture, and integration of enterprise network solutions across multi-vendor environments including Cisco ACI, ISE, WLC, Aruba, Huawei, and data centers. You will drive workshops, governance, and scalable implementation strategies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of network experience with routing, switching, wireless, data center solutions, Wi-Fi, scripting.
• Ability to explain technical problems in simplified terms and strong problem-solving skills.
• CCIE or HCIE or equivalent certification is desirable.
• Experience in presentation and team leadership/supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, integration for enterprise network solutions across multi-vendor environments.
• Lead technical solution workshops, customer discussions, and governance reviews to define scope and strategies.
• Collaborate with architects, PMs, product/security teams, vendors, and customers to ensure feasibility and delivery quality.
• Produce high level and low level architecture designs translating broad designs into technical specs.
• Develop installation, testing, rollback procedures and standards.
• Review and approve implementation plans, migration strategies, and handover documents.
• Install, configure, upgrade and validate hardware/software per approved plans.
• Drive large-scale migrations across data center, campus, wireless, cloud, multi-vendor environments.
• Mentor and guide a team of network engineers and consultants.
• Provide subject matter expertise across Cisco ACI, WLC, ISE, Aruba, Huawei, SDN, and related technologies.
• Lead root cause analysis and preventive actions for incidents and design defects.
• Drive automation or scripting using Python, Ansible, APIs, PowerShell, Terraform and related tools.
• Stay current with industry trends in SDN, Cisco ACI, and AI-enabled solutions.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, architecture, integration, implementation for enterprise network solutions across multi-vendor environments, including Cisco ACI, Cisco WLC, Cisco ISE, Aruba, Huawei, LAN, WAN, WLAN, data center, cloud and WIFI,
• Lead technical solution workshops, customer discussions, executive presentations, governance reviews, and design review sessions to define scope, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Project Managers, Product Teams, Security Teams, Vendors, Operations Teams, and Customers to ensure technical feasibility, service quality, delivery sustainability, continuous improvement, and strong customer experience.
• Produce high level architecture designs to meet customer requirements for semi-complex (or) complex systems. Articulate with sufficient knowledge to convince and explain customer on the design.
• Produce low level technical designs from high level architecture designs. Translate a broader infrastructure design or blueprint into technical specifications and details.
• Develops installation/Implementation/test/rollback procedures and standards
• Review and approve implementation plans, test plans, migration strategies, change procedures, rollback plans, and handover documents to ensure compliance with enterprise standards, and operational readiness
• Install, remove, configure, upgrade, and validate hardware and/or software using approved installation instructions, tools, change procedures, and implementation plans, including proper handover to clients or operations teams where required.
• Conducts tests, corrects malfunctions, and documents results in accordance with agreed procedures.
• Lead large-scale migration, transformation, refresh projects across data center, campus, wireless, cloud and multi-vendor enterprise environments
• Lead, mentor, and guide a team of network engineers and consultants by providing technical direction, task prioritization, coaching, knowledge transfer, performance guidance, and capability development.
• Provide subject matter expertise across Cisco ACI, WLC, ISE, Aruba, Huawei, software-defined networking, wireless, routing, switching, network security, automation, and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Lead root cause analysis and resolution of critical incidents, recurring technical issues, service outages, configuration failures, design defects, ensuring preventive actions are documented and implemented.
• Drive automation or scripting initiatives using tools such as Python, Ansible, APIs, PowerShell, Terraform, vendor platforms, and AI-enabled solutions
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Cisco ACI, software-defined networking (SDN), Aruba, Huawei and AI enabled solutions.

Requirements

• 10 years of Network experience, with network specialisation skillset in Routing & Switching, Wireless, Data Center solutions, Wi-Fi, Scripting
• Able to explain technical problems in simplified term and good at problem-solving
• Good to have CCIE or HCIE or equivalent
• Good to have presentation, team leading/supervisory experience
