Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, generate insights and construct solutions.
• Has leadership potential and ability to guide and coach teams in engagement delivery.
• Experience in risk advisory, compliance and internal audit engagements.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills; proficient in Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Be the key contact and liaison for large-scale engagements.
• Provide support to Managers and Directors in planning, oversight and engagement reporting.
• Exhibit a growth mindset; improve governance, controls and technology matters.
• Participate in profit improvement projects to enhance efficiency and resilience.
• Facilitate risk workshops to derive risk profiles and recommendations for mitigation.
• Use data analytics to improve engagement effectiveness and deliver quality insights.
