Job summary

RSM SG Assurance LLP in Singapore is seeking an experienced auditor to conduct full range of audits for listed companies and SMEs, both locally and overseas, from planning to completion. You will coach junior staff, manage deadlines, and stay ahead of market trends to provide sound recommendations and clear client communication.

You will also lead non-complex client meetings, demonstrate proactive initiative, and work effectively in a high-pressure environment within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Degree or professional accounting qualification recognised by ISCA.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience with large/mid-tier international accounting firms.
• Proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Possess initiative and the ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Team player - approachable and personable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct full range of audit for listed companies and SMEs, from planning to completion.
• Develop good problem solving skills and provide sound recommendations based on industry research.
• Manage stress and emotions, coach junior employees and communicate clearly.
