Job Description

As a Lead Consultant in the Enterprise Consulting team (part of the Enterprise Strategic Business Group), you will play a pivotal role in advising clients on technology strategy and digital transformation. You will engage with senior clients, NCS client and delivery teams, and technology experts to provide insights and recommendations on technology roadmaps, operating models, and technology transformation.

What will you do?

  • Collaborate with clients to translate business strategy into technology roadmaps, IT operating models, and outsourcing strategies enabling transformative outcomes.
  • Lead end-to-end engagements spanning origination, pre-sales, and consulting across diverse industries.
  • Provide strategic advice on early-stage opportunities and technology consulting engagements, understanding client challenges and articulating compelling value propositions and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Independently lead engagements, develop deliverables, and coach project teams.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders (clients, NCS account teams, SMEs) to deliver persuasive consulting deliverables and drive impactful decisions.
  • Craft insightful POVs on the future of technology to serve client needs.
  • Shape a growing, dynamic, and enterprising team.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • 10-15 years in technology strategy and transformation within a leading consulting firm.
  • Hands-on experience leading at least 3 technology strategy or transformation project teams.
  • Ability to support complex deals and engagements, managing numerous stakeholders.
  • Deep knowledge of technologies such as AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation, with experience in leveraging technology to future-proof businesses.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive and creative mindset.
  • Experience working in a VUCA environment, framing strategic challenges, and applying consulting frameworks and latest technology practices.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and spoken), including storytelling and client-facing abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or equivalent.
