We are currently in the process of expanding our Data & AI practice and are in search of a Lead Consultant with expertise in Data & AI to collaborate with us in constructing and executing impactful data and AI projects for our esteemed clients.As a Lead Consultant specializing in Data & AI at CoffeeBeans Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in engineering and architecting solutions, engaging with clients to comprehend their business dilemmas and transform them into technical resolutions, as well as guiding and mentoring junior team members to cultivate a high-performance team ethos.Your responsibilities will include designing and delivering end-to-end AI/ML solutions, establishing and recommending best practices, serving as a trusted technical advisor for clients to shape their Data & AI strategies, leading by example in project execution, setting standards for AI and data projects, and fostering the growth and development of junior engineers and data scientists within the team.To qualify for this role, you should possess a minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the software/technology industry, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to designing and implementing AI/ML solutions in production settings.
