Maycroft Construction Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects in the Central region from start to finish. You will ensure safety, on-time delivery, and high quality across projects.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, visit sites, plan schedules, and implement robust project systems. A hands-on leader who thrives under pressure will fit well here.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ project management experience in managing commercial construction projects.
• A great communicator who’s organised and proactive.
• A practical, hands-on approach and a knack for problem-solving.
• Someone who loves working with people and bringing out the best in their team.
• Positive, approachable, and calm under pressure.
• Strong knowledge of building materials, standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project setup, planning and team coordination.
• Plan and schedule projects using our smart project management tools.
• Visit sites, check progress, and keep quality on point.
• Work closely with our team and clients to keep everyone in the loop.
• Implement and manage project systems and documentation.
• Ensure every project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.
• Identify and resolve issues early to keep projects running smoothly.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
