Job Purpose:
Lead and develop scalable, secure cloud applications while mentoring and guiding engineering teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and build scalable, cloud-native applications with security and resilience in mind.

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in agile development practices.

• Set up and manage CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define architecture, tech strategies, and project requirements.

• Ensure compliance with security standards, coding guidelines, and DevOps best practices.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 5+ years in software development with strong AWS cloud-native design experience.

• Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams on technical projects.

• Hands-on with DevOps, CI/CD tools, Terraform or CloudFormation automation.

• Solid knowledge of cloud security and coding best practices.
