Job summary

Traveloka technology pte. ltd. is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to own reliability, architecture, and cost decisions across a major cloud platform.

You will drive large-scale infrastructure programs end-to-end, partnering with the Cloud Platform Engineering team and engineering leaders to raise automation and operational excellence. The role emphasizes migrating to Kubernetes-based infrastructure across public clouds, maintaining multi-tenant clusters, and delivering platform-grade automation

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Cloud Engineering with Kubernetes focus.
• Proficient in cloud-native architectures and IaC.
• Experience with multi-region deployments and cost optimization.
• Strong scripting skills in Go or Python.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive migration to Kubernetes-based infra across clouds.
• Maintain multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters across regions.
• Maintain cloud infrastructure using Terraform and IaC.
• Build platform automation and self-service tooling with AI-assisted workflows.
• Own reliability, scalability, security, and cost decisions for a major platform domain.
• Lead cross-functional incident responses and systemic fixes.
• Communicate trade-offs and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
