Job summary

SUSFORCE ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. seeks a Civil Engineering Supervisor to lead construction crews and engineers in Singapore, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery per project specs.

You will mentor juniors, coordinate with subcontractors and architects, and prepare technical progress reports while applying AutoCAD/Civil 3D skills to plan, monitor, and optimize construction activities.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma qualification is required.
• Proven work experience as a Civil Engineering Supervisor or similar.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and related design tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment.
• Ability to read, interpret and create technical drawings and documents.
• Demonstrated project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise construction crews and engineering technicians to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications.
• Enforce adherence to building codes, safety regulations, and customer requirements throughout project execution.
• Develop and implement safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
• Manage project budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor timelines to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and engineering professionals to align project goals and resolve issues.
• Prepare and present detailed technical reports on project progress, forecasts, and challenges to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve engineering issues and constraints to maintain project continuity.
• Inspect machinery and equipment regularly to ensure operational safety and functionality.
• Provide mentoring and training to junior staff to enhance team skills and performance.
