Qualifications

Able to multitask and work under tight schedules.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize and coordinate daily construction activities.
Supervise workers and instruct subcontractors.
Coordinate with land surveyors and subcontractors on setting out works.
Liaise with LTA, QPD on technical issues.
Liaise with service agencies on diversion and reinstatement works.
Liaise with QP(S) representative to ensure workmanship complies with contract specs for quality control.
Liaise with QP(S) representative for site inspections.
