Job summary

NTC DEMOLITION ASIA PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Professional Engineer (Civil) to lead technical calculations, review civil/structural designs for demolition, and coordinate with the QP and site teams.

You will prepare method statements and risk assessments, liaise with QPs and authorities, supervise high-risk demolition activities, and ensure safety compliance. Singapore-based travel is required as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of civil/structural engineering experience with demolition exposure.
• Experience preparing calculation packages and method statements for QP endorsement.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Code of Practice for Demolition (SS 557) and BCA safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical engineering calculations and review civil/structural designs for demolition projects.
• Design and review temporary works, propping systems, hoarding, cantilevers, and heavy machinery placements.
• Prepare Demolition Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and QP submissions for review.
