About the role:
As a Channel Sales Manager at Dragos, you will drive sales growth and expand our market presence in Southeast Asia through strategic partnerships and effective channel management. This role requires a results-oriented professional with deep cybersecurity expertise and exceptional relationship-building skills. Your transparent, empathetic, honest and humble approach will reinforce why Dragos is the partner of choice for our channel network.
Responsibilities- Partner with the APAC Director for Channel and Alliances to develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy tailored to Southeast Asian markets.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners, including distributors, resellers and system integrators.
- Collaborate with the global channel and sales teams to align regional strategies with overall company goals.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive mutual growth.
- Provide ongoing support and training to partners to ensure they are well-equipped to promote and sell Dragos solutions.
- Monitor partner performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver sales enablement programs, including product training, sales tools and marketing collateral.
- Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute joint marketing campaigns with channel partners.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess progress and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape and potential opportunities in the region.
- Develop and execute go-to-market plans for new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate with the product management team to provide feedback on regional market needs and preferences.
Qualifications- Proven experience in channel sales management, preferably in the cybersecurity industry.
- Proven ability to develop and execute channel strategies that align with regional markets and business objectives.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets through effective partner enablement and engagement.
- Strong understanding of Southeast Asian markets and cultural nuances.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. A strong ability to articulate the value of Dragos solutions to channel partners.
- Ability to succeed in a high-growth startup environment by working independently and as part of a global team.
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
Compensation- OTE: 285,000 SGD
