You will define core gameplay, artistic direction, and content frameworks while guiding cross-functional teams to deliver quality titles. You will develop development roadmaps, coordinate art and programming workstreams, and ensure on-time, high-quality releases while staying ahead of industry trends and market shifts.

Qualifications

5+ years of game production experience, with 2+ years in mobile/web casual game development.
Proven Producer/Lead Designer on at least one launched casual game with measurable growth.
Strong artistic foundation in concept art, UI/UX, and motion graphics; able to critique creative work.

Responsibilities

Conceptualize and plan innovative casual game projects, defining core gameplay mechanics, artistic style, and audience-aligned content frameworks.
Lead the design team through end-to-end game design, guiding direction, upholding quality standards, and delivering on creative vision.
Develop clear development roadmaps, coordinate art/programming workflows, and drive on-time, high-quality project delivery.
Research industry trends and market dynamics, conduct competitive analysis, and adjust product strategies in real time.
Build and nurture high-performing teams, mentor members to unlock potential, meet performance objectives, and foster sustained project success.
