Job description

    As the Employee Relations Manager, your primary responsibilities will include managing employee relations activities and providing guidance to managers on employee issues. You will be responsible for driving employee engagement programs, development initiatives, and rewards & recognition programs. It is crucial for you to maintain a strong connection with the business unit by conducting regular one-on-one sessions with employees, sharing feedback with the Process Head, and collaborating with the Operations team to implement strategies aimed at addressing concerns.Additionally, you will play a key role in driving retention programs, performance management, and proactively communicating new or revised policies and practices to employees. Ensuring 100% compliance with HR service level agreements for the business unit will be a critical aspect of your role. You should also be prepared to undertake any additional assignments or projects delegated by the management and be willing to work in extended shifts as required. Travel to various locations such as Bangalore, Kolhapur, Shimoga, or other locations based on business requirements may also be necessary.In terms of skills and competencies, you should possess confidence and strong persuasiveness to drive closures effectively. Your written, conversational, and presentation capabilities should be of a high standard. A talent for engaging with people, building relationships, and working collaboratively in diverse teams is essential. Interacting confidently with senior leadership and demonstrating a strong learning orientation in HR practices are key attributes for success in this role.The minimum qualifications for this position include a full-time MBA with an HR specialization and at least 4 years of experience in HR.
