Job summary

Frost & Sullivan (Singapore) Pte Ltd seeks a Lead Architect - Technology to guide research-driven AI advisory solutions for MetaBrain. You will translate client needs into decision-intelligence models, design reusable components and oversee pilots, validation and adoption.

You will champion repeatable architectures, manage API and deployment designs with engineering teams, and ensure rigorous evidence and change control in advisory projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years leading research or consulting engagements.
• Experience in client discovery, framework design and numeric interpretation.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is useful but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Define decision and product with clients; prioritize reusable GPM modules.
• Codify advisory methods and taxonomies; map inputs, processes and outputs.
• Lead build and validation; translate methods into specs and delivery backlog.
• Design for repeatability; define configuration boundaries and reusable components.
